“Location was good. Beds not comfortable We didn’t have any hot water our whole 4 days we were there we messaged the host and no response. Besides the furniture needs updated and no hot water it was fun. I would come back to the same location but different unit.”

“It was a great room! The pool was locked up so you had to walk quite a ways and check in through the clubhouse rather utilizing the gates near our room. They were all chained up with a lock. This area included the basketball hoops and other activities that all closed early, like 9pm. 7pm Sunday. The sprinklers came on in the grassy areas shortly after and it seemed they shut down all the fun around 9pm. A late night swim would of been nice. The hot tubs were closed and the splash pad had seen better days. The whole pool area needs an update. Otherwise the room was great and super clean!”

“Condo was very spacious and in great location. Bathroom shower drain in main bathroom has unpleasant smell. My girls refused to use it. Hubby was not happy that there was no iron. There was 9 of us for a 3 days stay and shampoo was already out the first night. I notified them and they said they would bring us some but they never did. I liked the condo because it was on a high level. It was good exercise walking up when I couldn't get an elevator. Location was very close to everything. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The condo was priced well for that many beds.”

“Overall, the place was decent for the price, but there were definitely some frustrations. The TV setup was a mess— there were nine remotes in the house with no instructions explaining which remote worked with which TV. Many of the remotes were identical, so it turned into a trial-and-error process just to get a TV working. We reached out to management for help and were basically told, “hope it resolves quickly”. The kitchen was also pretty minimal in terms of supplies, and while the property appeared generally clean, it was somewhat worn down. There was a sign on the back of the door stating that leaving anything less than a 5-star review was essentially asking Airbnb to delist the property. It also encouraged guests to contact management before leaving feedback. Unfortunately, when we did exactly that regarding the remote situation, the response was very dismissive. In general, I’d recommend booking with individual hosts over large property management companies.”

“Dirty sheets, filthy floors w/ hair, dog hair and old food on the floor. Food wappers between beds and wall. Everything was so dusty. This was very disappointing. After two days of sending photos and messages ( and me cleaning it the best I could just to make it bearable) The management offered to credit one night. They ended up crediting HALF of one nights rent. So after all that they didn't even follow up with resolution, which was pathatic at best. Perfume smell to cover up an unclean space.”

“Folded kitchen hand towels on island had food all over them. Utinsels in the drawer were dirty. Bathroom baseboards were waterstained, moldy, and paint peeling. Insulation between unit floors is terrible. Could hear every conversation, step, and chair movement above us. 8 am - 2 am, every day & night. Got very little sleep. Called the # I had to search online for and left a message after hours. Never got a return call back. Tried reaching out via the message button in the email, but the text box in the message app was malfunctioning. No other way of contacting (phone, email, etc.) posted in the unit. Live wires are exposed on the auto shades. Not a great experience.”
