“I would not recommend staying here. Here are a few options under 140 characters: 1. Paid for an extra night, confirmed it twice, yet cleaners packed our belongings before checkout. Completely unacceptable. 2. Host confirmed our extra night, then forced us out early. Cleaners packed our belongings while we were still guests. 3. Reservation was confirmed, then changed. We returned to find our belongings packed in the garage. Terrible experience. 4. Confirmed and paid for an extra night, but cleaners packed our things before checkout. Poor communication and no respect. 5. Host’s mistake ruined our stay. Our paid reservation wasn’t honored, and our belongings were packed up while we were out.”
