“The house was perfect for our needs. There were lots of beds and sleeping spaces. The hottub was big clean. The hosts responded quickly to our concerns and took action where needed. The house was ~15-20 minutes from snowbird/alta and about 40 minutes from solitude/brighton.”

“The living room and bedrooms were excellent retreats - the beds were very comfy, and the fireplace was terrific. Unfortunately the bathrooms had a few problems - the downstairs drain was bent and sharp, and could be dangerous. The master bathroom toilet had a leak after flushing, that was quickly fixed by maintenance after I reported it (Thank you!). Overall the place was a nice retreat, but felt a bit expensive for what you get. The basement looks like it hasn't been touched in years, with a broken AirHockey table and very dim lighting. It is definitely an older house that is showing its age.”

“Great place in an unbeatable location for folks accessing ski resorts in Little Cottonwood Canyon! Very happy with the place and would stay again. Only three minor downsides to the house: 1) The basement bedroom with the bunk beds was fairly tiny and not particularly well kept up; 2) the hot tub was a little small... only big enough to comfortably fit four adults; and 3) the HOA prohibits all hot tub and outdoor use of the patio after 10pm (which could be a deal breaker for some).”

“Location was beautiful with an easy drive up to the ski resorts. However, we did encounter a few issues: - Very creaky upstairs floor - No snow removal - Run-down game room - 3 guests got skin/bacteria infections from the hot tub”

“Clean, conveniently located for Snowbird and Alta, hot tub a plus after a full day of skiing. Would stay again”
