“Well located for skiing Alta/Snowbird and Solitude/Brighton. Neighborhood was quiet but had limited privacy/outdoor space. We had trouble with check in as the company only gave us the code for one of two houses. The houses were very dirty (floors were not clean) and missing many amenities listed including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. and had provided only 7 towels for 16 people for a week (very bare bones). The central AC did not work at either house and we had to set up window units (provided for only one house- this must be an ongoing problem since units were in the closets). The host was responsive (brought more towels when requested), but I was getting a bunch of responses from different people that weren’t talking to each other and weren’t very helpful. When I told them the AC wasn’t working they asked me to “describe the problem.” I was receiving 15+ messages per day from different people while trying to relax on vacation. Get what you pay for”

“Very convenient location, but no privacy when using grill or hot tub. The dishes in the kitchen were not very clean and many had residue on them. Additionally, the kitchen had plenty of appliances, but some of the basics were not well stocked. The only full size cutting board was badly warped and the knives were incredibly dull. Lastly, there was no sheets for the pullout couches (just blankets) and when I contacted them (multiple times) about it they said they would talk to their team, but they never fixed the issue. Overall the house was fairly large and comfortable. The hot tub and grill both worked well and were easy to use.”
