“A very nice house, with issues from the start. The house was listed with a 4 car garage. We arrived on the first night to find a two car garage, and permit only street parking. With no other option our third car parked across the driveway only to get a parking ticket overnight. When I questioned the managers their response was sorry it's not a 4 car garage as listed, and you can park two blocks up the street at another property. The third floor is the living area, kitchen, and a bathroom. When we we stocking the kitchen we noticed a foul smell. When we checked the bathroom we found the toilet full of dried human feces. I cleaned it myself. Additionally that level had a lot of dust on the surfaces. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I documented everything, including the toilet with photos. They gave me a 7% refund. Unacceptable in my view. All this was the responsibility of the managers, not the owner. Its a very nice house that was listed incorrectly and was dirty.”

“Lovely stay. Walking in to the penthouse exceeded our expectations! Close to everything we had planned & nice amenities. Pool could have been cleaner and it actually kept us from swimming the next day. Other than that, the unit itself was clean, spacious with beautiful views and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.”
