“A wonderfully communicative host. The fireplace was such a cozy feature! The bus stop to down town was a 5 minute walk which took us to park city main. It was so nice not having to drive/park. The only minor issue was the water heater was turned on low so the water was super cold but an easy fix !”

“This location and property was beautiful and clean and loved everything except that all of the pictures show a fireplace and we were very much looking forward to the fireplace to have that mountain feel in the evenings especially on the night. It was chilly and raining however, once we got there, it showed a picture of the fireplace, but then said not for guest use sad face:( I feel that that fireplace was one of the main features of wanting to stay there and have that experience, and it was disappointing to find out once there that it was not available or having to look through all the paperwork to figure that out because it’s advertised in the pictures otherwise the property is great and if you don’t care about the fireplace, it’s perfect”

“Peaceful stay with great view and close to Main Street, restaurants and mountain activities. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Main downside was that the hot tub was not working as advertised, which was one of the main reasons in selecting accommodations. The condo was very clean but there were carpet stains. Be aware that only one parking permit is provided, other cars must be parked offsite if you can find overnight parking. The condo does not allow bikes in the rooms but there was no key to access the bike storage room. Other option is to store in the garage if you bring a lock and you feel comfortable leaving your bike there.”

“The location and condition of this home are absolutely perfect. When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. We were provided with an ice chest and told that an urgent request was made to replace the refrigerator. 48 hours later we received a message asking if a technician could come look at the refrigerator. This is not an acceptable time frame for an urgent request. I did receive compensation for the inconvenience but only after I requested it.”

“We did not have a great experience at Dylan’s place. The entry code was wrong and luckily other guests were not far behind us with the accurate code. Communication was decently prompt but the information given was inaccurate. We asked questions before we booked that were answered but not accurate. We booked based on the responses and then was lead down a rabbit hole of yes and no, and oh wait this is but this isn’t…….and so on. Very frustrating and they were not willing to work with us in regard to getting refunded some for information that was not accurate. The beds were very uncomfortable and one was definitely not cleaned with stains on the comforter, sheets and pillowcase. We would not stay at Dylan’s place again. Facility was nice of amenities offered were delivered accurately but would choose a different unit.”
