“The house was beautiful inside and out, and it looked just like the photos! The beds were a great size, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. A few things to note are that the house was farther from town than we expected, and it would have been helpful to know beforehand that it was three floors. There was also only one couch, so we had to get creative with seating when watching a movie together. Overall, it was a beautiful home with a lot to appreciate!”

“The place looked perfect, and location was perfect. Unfortunately, I had emergency surgery and couldn’t fly. They were completely inflexible, wouldn’t even let me push the reservation to another open date 2 weeks later. I got multiple auto-responses that were just full of jargon. So unfortunately I would never use that company. I understand a cancellation policy, but be human.”

“Great condo, clean and easy to find and check in. They could improve the communication: I sent a message about check out through the chat and did not get a response for 25.5 hrs. By the time they responded I had already checked out. Everything else went well. I would stay again if communication improves.”
