“The building was very nice as well as our room. The amenities would have been nice but hot tub was not working as well as outdoor fireplaces by the pool. Front desk very unhelpful with trying to get those fireplaces to turn on. He didn’t seem to know anything about the property or local area”

“The room was incredibly clean, which i always appreciate. It was a little on the tiny side, but doable. I know it's an expensive area, but the price was a bit steep. Especially since the hot tub was out of order, and one of the arcades didn't work. The faucet handle in the bathroom was SO creaky! And it would be nice if something was provided on the tv, like netflix or something.... overall though it was fun. The cleanliness is a huge thing fir me, as well as NO PETS! I am EXTREMELY allergic, and can tell when a pet has been in a room. Sooooo nice to not have that be a problem!”

“The instructions on where to park were very unclear. Our vehicles would not fit in the garage but there is no front desk or anyone to talk to. Under parking instructions were more free options on where to park, what they weren’t clear about is these are not overnight parking lots. We have FOUR vehicles towed at $470 per vehicle and the resort wouldn’t do anything about it. Be sure about the parking information. So frustrated!”

“Very much enjoyed our stay. Right at the base of the mountain. We mountain bike and there is so much trail it would take a long time to explore it all. Main Street is so close with wonderful food. Ended the days with a swim, soak in the hot tub and my favorite the sauna. Smaller hotel, felt more intimate and such easy access to our room and around the facility. Will be coming back!”
