“Overall a beautiful location. The sauna is amazing! Our disposal in the kitchen sink smelled of raw sewage and the kitchen has very limited utensils/pans. Great location and amenities were well appointed.”

“The condo was good and clean. It was about a 10 min walk to the plaza. Pool was out of order the whole week we were there, it was one of the reasons we picked this place.”

“Resort gave me wrong check in instructions (wrong unit number so door code didn’t work) and we waited in the rain for 10 min to get in. Place had construction on some windows— minimal but odd. Otherwise good experience.”

“This location had a nice pool and hot tub, was close to fun things to do in Park City, and it was nice to have a kitchen and two bathrooms.”

“Excellent location and overall good quality! Guest services were very responsive. The room and amenities were a bit outdated.”

“The Airbnb was nice inside, but getting there was no easy task. It took us an hour from the time we arrived to find the correct parking garage and get to our Airbnb. The instructions were very unclear and confusing. You are also only provided with one parking pass. For a room that sleeps 10 people you cannot expect only one car. We had to park our other vehicle 15 minutes away from the Airbnb.”

“Great location and this unit on the ground floor by the pool is hard to beat. Had everything we needed. We didn’t get to ski due to the heat but would have been an excellent ski in our location. Only frustration is they wouldn’t turn on A/C and we sweat the whole time during the day and at night. They wouldn’t turn on until summer months even though it was 80° outside. Other than that great spot”

“Driveway wasn't plowed (IP gets FEET of snow), entire bunk room was locked AND not cleaned (dirty towels and toilets - gross). I was hung on up on by All Seasons when she was unable to find my reservation. Hot tub was brown and gross. They removed the TV from the main living area in prep for the sale of the home. Removed the ping pong table too. Will never return. Avoid this place.”

“Build quality is poor; it looks haditly slapped together. Wads of glue and silicone attempt to hide gaps and holes, makes baseboard and counter edges look unsightly. The cupboards, carpet, and furniture all need to be replaced. The furniture is beaten in and uncomfortable. The cover on the couch is gross, but I cannot imagine what is underneath (we didn't look). The "artwork" was bad. The picture over the master bed is falling apart, and liable to fall on someone. The other art looks like a little kid cut out some news paper images and put them in the wrong size frames. The water reservoir for the coffee maker is brown and gross, event after we tried to clean it. The knives are cheap (serrated chef knife). Clearly this place caters to people the host doesn't think care about actually being able to use/enjoy the kitchen. Our water filter was on "replace now" upon arrival, and despite asking multiple times, we never received a new one. Mouse droppings were the last straw.”
