“After arriving at 8:30 on check-in date. The door code did not work and it was raining. CALL and texted host to no avail. Then called after-hours number, got recording to no avail. Set around for a good 30 to 45 minutes (in the rain) and the hostess called me and tried and reset the door code and we finally got in the front door. The Hostess said that she was going to get back to me the next day and see if she could arrange some kind of discount due to the access problem but never heard from her the whole stay. The next day tried to use the HOT TUBE and there was so much Shock Chemicals in the tube it looked like a bubble bath and could not be used for 2 days. Left a call to the General Manager office wanting to speak with Him about things going on at property and never heard back from him during our stay. My wife and I have stayed in numerous AIRBNBs across the country throughout the years and have never received this lack of response or follow-up ever. OVERALL GRADE "D"”

“We arrived code did not work . No key in lock bock either had to wait for worker to deliver key . Sheets had hair in them. House had horrible smell had to wash shower curtain smelled like mold . 2nd bedroom was unusable due to smell . I work remotely and wi-fi was out and called 3 times was told would be fixed every time . Then was told general manager would be calling never heard a word . Lost a big deal I was working on and 2 days of work . Then got a call that we were still occupied on checkout day when in fact we were half way home on our drive back . I believe most of this is all season management company . Horrible experience never use them . Haven’t been on vacation for years and was a surprise for my wife’s birthday . She was so upset she cried 3 times . Thanks for ruining a wonderful surprise .”

“The house was clean and had a lot of room. We enjoyed our time there, and the location was great. The only issue we had was that the garage door would not close. I called and left a message, but I didn't get a response back. Besides that everything was great. We would stay there again and would recommend it.”

“We LOVED our stay at Sandy Beach Lodge. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home (felt like paradise), private dock and access to a small neighborhood marina to put in your boats and jet skis. The home was wonderful. Ping pong table is gone but there are tvs in all the main spaces and suites. 1st day there was a particularly hot day, for Island Park; it was in the 90s and the upstairs AC unit was out. There were fans but we otherwise had no response from management to our calls. Prior to arriving at the location communication was slow and information was inaccurate (ie they said there was only 1 fridge, but there are 3) I’m quite sure that was a random person responding who doesn’t actually know the property. Eventually I got in touch with Randy, who is awesome and knows this house. I wish I could have had contact with Randy weeks before arrival! No regrets, would come again. The only downside is communication with management company.”

“Great place, super roomy, the woman we spoke to when we had issues checking in was a bit rude but nothing that ruined the trip. We did have issues with the fridge randomly shutting off and our food going bad, yet the freezer worked the whole time. Great location for the reservoir!”

“Cozy home with an excellent location. Peaceful and walkable to most attractions, yet there is plenty of private parking space for your car. Communication with All Seasons host could be improved. The hot tub is a definite plus!”

“Place is great!! However, for as much as you pay a few minor amenities like enough toilet paper, bath towel, and luggage racks to put your bags would step up this place a lot. Professional cleaning would be nice as well.”

“The condo was good and clean. It was about a 10 min walk to the plaza. Pool was out of order the whole week we were there, it was one of the reasons we picked this place.”

“The Airbnb was nice inside, but getting there was no easy task. It took us an hour from the time we arrived to find the correct parking garage and get to our Airbnb. The instructions were very unclear and confusing. You are also only provided with one parking pass. For a room that sleeps 10 people you cannot expect only one car. We had to park our other vehicle 15 minutes away from the Airbnb.”

“Pros:Art/decor, dual shower heads, updated, great location, furniture tastefully, bed was comfy. Cons: Wasps in the place, Ac did not work, Messaged them after a very hot, uncomfortable night. Did not message back, someone just showed up. He turned the power on and off, checked the switches, opened the vents. Still unbearably hot! Messaged again. They explained to me how an air conditioner worked. I told them that I knew how to run the air conditioner. No response, came back to a portable ac in the window. Not big enough to accommodate the place. STILL HOT. No communication. Pool hours for kids sucked, pool was a huge reason we picked this place and my daughter was so sad when she could not swim. Sheets for pullout not available, pullout not comfy. Rug dirty, stained, Flipped up corner to trip on. Hair on bed and bathroom floor. patio door open upon arrival. Tennis rackets not available. Bed sheets very rough Not worth the cost. The after hours contact #'s are bogus and not helpful.”
