“The property itself was fine, there is a tenant that lives on the backside of the property, and there is traffic in the driveway, but the management company’s communication was excessive and annoying. I received numerous text messages repeatedly emphasizing the check-in and check-out times, along with warnings about charges of $100 per hour or potentially a half-day rate for arriving early or departing late. This was easily one of the most annoying management experiences I’ve encountered simply because of the volume and tone of the automated communication. While I had no issue with the property itself, I would likely avoid properties managed by this company in the future.”

“Stayed at this location with our grow kids and their spouses for a family vacation. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and the evenings! Also enjoyed the fire pit. Kitchen and living spaces were open and comfortable. Great location to go into Park City or to hike or golf. Great experience and memories made!”
