“We were very disappointed with this property. The house was not properly prepared for our arrival. There were cockroaches inside the house, and we have video evidence. This alone made our stay very unpleasant. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable—we even had to buy inflatable mattresses just to get some sleep. We also arrived expecting a baby crib, as advertised, but there wasn’t one, creating a major problem while traveling with a small child. In addition, there were no shampoos or an electric kettle upon arrival. Although these items were delivered later, the inconvenience had already affected our stay. The pool also looked very different from the listing photos. There was no pool lighting, and it did not match what was advertised. Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing. We spent valuable vacation time dealing with problems that should have been resolved before our arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience”
