“I’ll start with the good. It’s a very spacious 2 room unit. We utilized each room and the sofa bed and it was nice to each have a bathroom. The kitchen was large and tidy, they had extra bedding and linens, and it was in a really great location. For the not so great: It was noted to be a pet friendly place so we figured there’d be some possible pet fur. But there was quite a strong pet odor. There was black hair on the floor in the bathrooms as well. The sofa bed and linens had fur/hair on them and a questionable stain. The backdoor knob is broken and completely falls off if you try to open the back door too. We came here for a work event that ended extremely late and when we asked for an hour later to checkout at 11 am, it was denied and we were also asked to gather used bedding & linens and to do the dishes. 10 am is an earlier checkout and to be asked to start the cleaning on top of that wasn’t appreciated. The space was good enough but we probably won’t stay here again.”

“The condo is nicely laid out and has good potential, but our overall experience was disappointing. The property did not appear to have been properly cleaned between guests. We found sticky residue on a bedroom floor, a dirty towel left in the laundry, a dirt bathroom, old bread in the cupboard and a dirty doona cover that had not been wash. The air conditioner made a very loud, constant noise, making it difficult to relax and sleep. It is also next to the highway, so noisy. We were also never provided with the pool access code, thankfully another guest let us in. Another issue is the parking. Despite receiving detailed parking rules before check-in, they were clearly not being enforced. Trailers and RVs occupied multiple spaces, making it extremely difficult to find parking near the condo. With trailers taking multiple spots. The common areas and landings were noticeably dirty. Overall, better cleaning, maintenance and parking enforcement would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“Very nice little house that we stayed in for four nights to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Able to cook easily in kitchen - had everything we needed. The only complaint us that we thought it was in a more remote location. Also - we did not receive a code to get in the house but easily got in touch with someone from Avari to help us. There was great communication before, during and after our stay.”

“Our condo was attractive and spacious and we were comfortable there. As for location, we would have been happier near downtown or at least closer to the park, but there were no better locations available. When we arrived the lock didn’t work. We had to make a couple phone calls. The woman on the phone gave us the combination for a key box. The key just barely worked because the lock mechanism was loose. Later when I talked to the property manager he gave me the code for the garage and we exited and entered from there. After a tiring day of travel it’s nice not to have to put up with that kind of thing.”

“The house in itself is nice, however cleanness is not their strong features, the outdoor areas and welcoming areas near the main door are awful At the time of check in; there were a group of individuals already occupying the house. !! How come this happened is beyond my understanding. The slowest response from management, the laughable offer of a full refund, because of the situation of us encountering the place already occupied leaving us in the middle of the night without accommodations! or a discounted offer of a free night because of this terrible situation created a nightmare. We had to stayed at a place already used, with dirty lines, bathrooms, kitchen etc. The slow response the inability to offer a more personalized apologies or the fact that they didn’t own their mistakes was irritating. The property management stating that it was not their fault!!! The main entrance lock is not working, the bed mattress is not working. I received a partial discounted free night unworthy”
