We had so much fun, the room was clean and the bunk beds were a hit! We did request towels that never came, but overall it was a great place!

Hard to communicate with. Tried to chat to them about early check ins and late check out and never got a response. Called the number on the email and was told someone would call me, received no call back.

The room itself was nice, especially the bed and bathroom. However the air conditioning didn't work very well, then fully broke, and then power went out for a couple hours. In this heat wave it was so uncomfortably hot in the room, which was a shame since this was supposed to be a relaxing staycation to escape the heat. We reached out to the host's customer service but were brushed off and their responses had some attitude that didn't feel necessary. The hotel amenities and landscaping were also in bad shape. Overall I would not recommend staying here, at least not during the summer.

BROKEN AC. After sleeping the first night at 74 degrees when the thermostat was set to 69 we contacted the listing agent to help with the AC. They told us it was working, but a few degrees off isn’t abnormal. If when it’s set to 70 it’s gets up to 80 they’ll do something about it. So we sat in a 77 degree hotel room the entire weekend. Got ghosted the rest of the stay when we tried to reach out for help about the heat. Unresponsive, unprofessional.

My only issue was that the air wasn't working for us the last day we were there. It was really hot inside the apartment in the July heat with kids. I reached out Saturday afternoon and didn't hear back until the Sunday that they were sending someone. I want to say they responded around 10 ish and we were checking out at 11. It was so hot that whole time and we all didn't sleep well that night. The place was great otherwise.
