“This unit really needs to be updated and have some maintenance on it.”

“Great location, very spacious & clean. Beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. Nice “clubhouse” up the street with pool, hot tub, games (foosball, air, hockey, and shuffleboard) along with outdoor games. Fitness area didn’t have any weights. Kitchen was very sparse with only dishes & utensils. Good to be aware of if you plan to cook. The deck was very dirty even after we had maintenance come clean it. They used a leaf blower but the deck and outdoor furniture needed to be power washed. Also the upstairs loft was a bit strange in that it was empty except for a desk. Would have been nice to have that area be useful like another bedroom or living space.”

“Exactly as advertised, great spot. Very clean and the location was perfect for our family’s lacrosse tournament nearby in Heber City. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we loved this condo and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“EXCELLENT location, VERY comfortable and established townhome. Such a fantastic large space from the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and downstairs living, two patios and more. The kitchen was well equipped and we needed for nothing other than our own food and coffee*. A wonderful townhome layout and we really appreciated the large garage, single space driveway and the MANY conveniences of home. We would recommend and we would stay again.”

“We had a hard time understanding directions, and met another couple while we were looking with same issue. There is a map inside the location, but it would be helpful instead of saying “villa 318” if they would same “room” or third floor. We thought it was an individual entrance or unit, not a room on the third floor. Property was great once we located our room. Only issue was slow elevator.”
