“This home was wonderful for our large group in many aspects, however it wasn’t a 5-star experience. Though while the issues at the house are fixable, we were left feeling that the owners/management company don’t care or want to do so. The game rooms, dining spaces, theater room, and backyard were terrific and our group had tons of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen had more appliances, pots, and pans than any rental we’ve ever stayed in (50+ stays in vacation rentals). What was puzzling was a lack of *any* spices, cooking oil, plastic wrap, or other cooking essentials. The listing boasts as having a “chef’s kitchen” but without even salt or pepper, we dispute that. There is no shower soap/shampoo available in any bathroom. There wasn’t a single hair dryer at the house. The microwave did not work. If the price had been cheaper, these issues would be less relevant but at the rates they’re asking they need to provide more to guests.”
