“Loved the open layout, private hot tub and access to the clubhouse across the street.”

“The home was nice, spacious, and worked well for our large group. Even with a lot of people staying there, we never felt crowded, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The listing promotes the home as accommodating groups of up to 24 people, but there were not enough bath towels or kitchen utensils to comfortably accommodate a group that size. We also found that the pool could have been cleaner. Another issue was communication regarding one of the amenities. We requested the access code on Friday afternoon but did not receive it until Sunday, with checkout being Monday morning. Unfortunately, by the time we received the code, we had very little time left to actually enjoy that amenity. Overall, we enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the home, but providing enough basic amenities for the maximum advertised occupancy, responding to requests in a timely manner, and keeping the pool cleaner would make”

“The house was in great proximity to Zion, and the size was huge and fit everyone comfortably.”

“Over all, we were very pleased with our stay. That being said, there were several things that could definitely be improved on to make this unit top tier. The back patio door knob fell off in our granddaughters hand and my husband had to do some rigging to get it to work. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty as was all of the patio furniture. The management company was quick to send the pool guy out and within a few hours of our arrival he had the pool and hot tub cleaned up and ready to go. The kitchen could use a full restock/overhaul of all the amenities and the floors need a good deep cleaning, rugs included. I would also recommend providing a steam mop to clean up spills. The instructions say to put the big garbage cans out on the curb Sunday night for garbage pick up on Monday morning, which we did. The garbage was not picked up until Thursday and by that time we had several bags that wouldn’t fit in the cans and had to be placed on the ground. Those were not picked up.”
