“The house was a great size for our large family, with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and entertainment options. The location was perfect for visiting Zion and and the surrounding areas , the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A couple of areas could use improvement. The rug and floor in the main living room were covered in animal hair, and while we understand the property is pet-friendly, we expected it to be cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, the trash bin in the pool area was already full when we arrived. Overall, we enjoyed the space and location, but more attention to cleanliness would have made our stay even better.”

“This was a wonderful place for the size of my group especially considering the price. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough tools. The pool was a good temperature, the rooms are spacious and aplenty. There’s tons of space to hang out. The view out the windows is beautiful during sunset and sunrise. Also the drive to and from the National Park go by quick. Only note is the build of the actual property. Noise travels very heavily and is very loud, someone traveling up and down the stairs will sound like stomps from the main bedrooms, some of the doors close a little wonky, water pooled inside by the door when it rained. There are extra charges for amenities I feel should be included like pool towels. There’s a coffee shop a four minute walk from the house in the neighborhood which was awesome. Overall this is a great deal, especially for a big group. It’s not perfection, but it beats most options in the area.”

“A beautiful home that fit our 18 + family very well! Loved our private pool and all the activities included in the home. Tons of room to wander and not feel clumped in one area. Used the pool table a lot along with the rock wall and pool time! Had a great time with family and had all the amenities to cook our meals there. Pros: were how private we felt, all the games and activities right in the house, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, the pool was clean and well maintained, the 5 car garage was not needed but a huge benefit to our group, and location kept us near so many places of interest. Cons: had someone show up after we had all left minus one person. Not sure who it was but they came in and left as soon as they noticed someone was there and did not explain their reason why they were there or who they were. Lack of cleaning supplies. We had to supply our own paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning sprays to clean up after ourselves. All in all worth the stay! 🫶🏼”

“In concept, this house is perfect for groups, we had a lot of fun here! However: As others have mentioned in their reviews, it feels like "pet friendly" homes have a lower standard of cleanliness than non-pet-friendly homes, and you can definitely tell the difference when you walk in - we turned right around and bought two cans of Febreze. We also all had to make sure to wear socks inside at all times, otherwise the bottoms of our feet turned black pretty quickly from how dirty the main floor is. Our door code also stopped working midway through our stay, which was super inconvenient - thankfully, someone was still inside, but it was pretty alarming to have that happen, especially since it was radio silence from SHVR for a few hours while that happened. In general, SHVR was super responsive, it was unfortunate that the one time they went MIA was when we needed them the most. If you need a pet-friendly home, this Airbnb is perfect for you, and we'd absolutely recommend it to you!”

“House was fine only couple issue. We got there on Sunday and garbage bins were completely full and trash day wasn’t till Thursday morning. Only other issue was community hot tub wasn’t hot and we would have like to use it during our week long stay.”
