“The home had a lot of space, was accurately described overall, and the location was very convenient for our stay. There were a few issues that impacted the experience. The listing advertised a heated pool, but the pool was not heated during our stay. When we asked about it, we were told it is only heated during cooler months, which would have impacted our choice to stay here. One of the windows also would not fully shut, so during strong winds there was a very loud howling noise throughout the house. Cleanliness could have been better as well. The dark floors made it difficult to notice at first, but there was quite a bit of dust and dirt on the floors, and we also noticed several dead bugs around the property. Overall, the space itself was good, but there are a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed.”

“Such a perfect home for my large family. Such an awesome set up and so comfortable. We had an amazing time with the pool and the kitchen. And it was a perfect distance to get to Zion and the downtown. Would love to stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb this weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was an excellent place to spend time with multiple families together while still having privacy, since each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and all the thoughtful details that made our stay even better. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a family or friends getaway.”

“We had an amazing time at the Millie. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs. It was a great “staging” area for our daughter’s wedding & allowed plenty of room for her to prepare for her big day. This was amazing as we are not local to Utah. I highly recommend the Millie for any large family gatherings. We had plenty of space for our extended family and were able to enjoy a wonderful time together. Highlights included the roof deck, game area & large kitchen!”

“Check-in was at 3 PM. We had arrived at 4 PM. When we had arrived, the garage door was already open with the previous stay they had left a lot of balloons behind in the garage. There was a man approaching the garage as well. He did not introduce himself. I had to ask who he was and what he was doing here and apparently he was there to clean the pool and to clean up the garage. The house was dusty. There are no potholders which was disappointing. We had to improvise. We weren’t impressed with the towel quality. It was polyester to the point when you dried yourself off it would leave lint all over your body, but that’s just a personal preference. The café down the street was closed on some days, which was kind of disappointing because we were looking forward to going there. Besides, all of that, the kids had a great time in the bunk room, the theater room and the pool. Everyone loved the theater room. That was a great hit. There was plenty of space for everyone.”

“Love This house definitely has a-lot of space loved the are located in. This could be so much better when it came to kitchen there was hardly any cooking stuff like pots hard to prepare a meal ! I feel like kitchen could be more equipped have at-least basic cooking essentials. And the bit of pots available were high on cabinet!!! Also the oven was dirty could not clean up due to no cleaning supplies. When came to tv had a hard time getting to tv to work said need a 4 code which was not available also no video games not controls where found which is on pictures of the home! Bunk room had only blankets on bottom beds the ones on top twin size had only sheets. But loved this place for sure. Im glad i was able to pack my own kitchen stuff and some extra blankets something to keep in mind.”

“The house is so nice. The real issues we had were with the management company and responsiveness. We had no instructions for check in or out. I called to get the code. We pulled up and there was trash out and over flowing, the next morning it was all over the yard and an animal had gotten into it. We emailed to have it taken care of and it was just overall difficult communication. The trashes had no liners in them and were dirty, the main bathroom had no toilet paper, the grill was absolutely gross and could not be used. The hot tub has the pole for the cover in the way even when you pull it back so the view isn't what it shows entirely and the pole also takes up space in the hot tub and is bolted down. We really loved the house and the space is awesome. When we got home one day, lights were on in the garage so someone had come in while we were away. It scared us a little so my husband opened the garage to just check it out and in the back is a whole living area or apartment.”
