“Clean, spacious home with comfy beds, plenty of parking, and a pool the kids loved. However, you can heat only the pool OR hot tub and must call the front desk to switch. One receptionist was extremely rude; the handyman and other staff were great. The TVs are outdated, not smart TVs. Living room DirecTV failed before the BYU–Notre Dame game, and staff couldn’t fix it, so we watched on an iPad. No broom, and the vacuum scattered spilled cereal. Kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware were limited, with only basic spices, no sugar or creamer, one dishwasher pod and three trash bags for the entire stay. The cheap coffee maker leaked every use. Ice got stuck in the maker and spilled onto the floor when removed. A few inexpensive upgrades could have made this a five-star stay, but for what we paid, we were disappointed.”

Pros: * Beautiful design with a great mix of indoor and outdoor living spaces. * Rooftop fire pit with pretty views. * Comfortable, cozy beds. * Nice showers * Filtered water from the refrigerator Cons: * Not enough basic supplies for a larger group * Check-in was delayed, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I arrived at the agreed-upon time. * The rooftop fire pit area hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were empty beer cans and used cigars left behind. * The pool could use some maintenance. * Cobwebs around the property made it feel like the cleaning could have been more thorough. * The bathroom layout is unusual and not very functional for groups. One side of the house has three bathrooms, including two in the same room, while the other side has two bedrooms with access to only one bathroom located inside a bedroom. This makes sharing bathrooms awkward.”
