“The property was lovely and exactly as described. I had a trip with my wife and daughters. It was perfect.”

“Sand Hollow Resort has favorable location, amenities, and updated rooms. I have stayed in a couple of condos here and enjoyed them all! The only thing I didn't love is that our supplies were not adequate. Our unit didn't come stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dryer sheets, or a sponge to wash dishes. We ran out of toilet paper on our second day-and when I called for a replacement it took two hours. Holiday weekend demand likely is the reason for lack of household supplies. Also our pantry was locked so food storage was limited. The resort is beautiful but I would highly recommend that people provide their own household goods and ensure meal planning down to each supply is done thoughtfully.”

“Such a unique place, we loved it. The pool with the jets, tge great room, the bedrooms, and parking in the garage was perfect. Checking in and out was super smooth. We needed maintenance for 2 small issues and not only was the response super fast they were great.”

“The house was very nice, spacious, and clean. The back yard had great evening shade and mountain/desert views. The little pool is like a hot tub size, but it only goes to 95 F so it’s not really a hot tub. But it was a nice option to get wet and splash around. My only gripes are minor: You do not get access to the lazy river… I thought you did. That is apparently part of the Tova community. Second minor gripe: the house was cold! I kept the thermostat at 75 F but the fans never stop. But overall I was impressed and the house exceeded my expectations! It was a nice getaway.”

“I loved everything about this place. The only thing I didn’t like was the windows that were high up near the ceiling didn’t have blinds and they woke me up every morning. I need a dark place to sleep not a 5 AM. Wake up call because they don’t have blinds.”

“This was one of four houses rented for an annual off-roading trip. This house was not the worst but not the best. This was also a house we stayed in last year, and none of the things that needed fixing last year were repaired this year, which is incredibly disappointing. Although still beautiful, things are in need of repair. We still love the location, convenience, and overall size of the home for our large group”
