“We enjoyed our stay”

“BEWARE OF RED SANDS. We could not stay in this home. We arrived to find it had not been properly cleaned or prepared for check-in. Beds/linens, bathrooms and surfaces were dirty, and the private pool and hot tub had leaves/debris floating in them. The home was also much more worn and run-down than the listing photos suggested, including cabinet doors hanging from hinges. We immediately documented everything and contacted Red Sands. They acknowledged the condition and admitted in writing that their replacement options did “not have the same private amenities” we booked. The alternatives were condos/other properties without the private pool and hot tub and did not reasonably accommodate our truck, trailer and RZR. After approximately 3½ hours without comparable accommodations or a place to stay, Red Sands stopped communicating. We were left to locate and book another Airbnb ourselves late that evening. No meaningful consideration or courtesy was provided.”

“Had a great stay! The home was perfect sizing for a family reunion and the amenities were perfect for us.”

“We had issues with the lock when checking in. Had to reach out to customer service to reset the lock. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! Location was close to Sand Hollow. House was clean and layout was perfect for our group. Kids really enjoyed the pool area and the private hot tub!”
