We've stayed at Las Palmas a few times and love the location. We needed a bigger unit for a family reunion and this Red Sand's condo was perfect. It had the right amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large kitchen and living space. It was very clean and comfortable. We slept in the master bedroom and it had plenty of space. The comfort of the bed was ok, but not great. I did sleep ok though. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and other necessary things. I have a gas stove at home and was happy to see a gas stove in this condo. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator's ice maker. It seemed to have a difficult time making ice and working property when activated. We had to pull it out and manually get ice from it. Hopefully it can be fixed. We would rent this condo again if we needed to.

We had such an amazing stay. Very close to Zion and Sand Hollow Offroad Park. The kids loved the pool and lazy river and enjoyed playing pickleball and basketball. The house was very nice and all of the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and fully ready for almost any cooking. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back!

We recently stayed at this property and overall had a fun time. The house is really cool and has a lot of potential, but given the price, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and upkeep. The main concern was the kitchen. It needed a deeper cleaning, especially around the upper cabinets where there was buildup of grease and dust. We also found an old crouton in the silverware drawer, which made us question how thoroughly the kitchen was cleaned between guests. The kitchen floor also needs attention. Several tiles were loose, cracked, or coming up, and some grout was missing. Because of the uneven tiles and exposed grout, most of us wore shoes in the kitchen. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi upstairs, where the signal was not strong enough to reliably stream on the TV. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and thought the home was unique and fun, but some cleanliness and maintenance items should be addressed. For the price, we expected it to feel more polished and better maintained.

When I booked this place, I was not able to cancel my reservation. With that said, I did not care for the lack of personalization with Red Sands. It was indeed treated and acted like a business. When I received my check in instructions it said that they would only provide enough toilet paper for 2-3 days. REALLY!! I thought to myself, if they are being stingy in toilet paper, what other things will they be stingy with? I wanted to cancel and get another place that was excited to have us stay. Their response time is 5 hours and their business hours are 9-5, so if calling after hours leave a message and someone will call us back (eventually). They have signs up throughout the house with very formal (you break you pay) messages, which I was already frustrated with. One sign said if you break the clip to the hot tub cover they would charge you to fix it. I happen to notice the two front clips broken. Why were they not repaired after charging for that repair?

Unfortunately, our experience at this Airbnb was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the property did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We found hair in the bed sheets, the floors were dirty and appeared not to have been thoroughly swept or mopped, and overall cleanliness was far below expectations. Additionally, the hot tub, which was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using, was not functioning during our stay. Most concerning was the presence of cockroaches o thr property, which raised significant concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, but the condition of the home did not match the standard we expect from an Airbnb rental. We hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests.

I am new to Airbnb. I think marketing your place as "Pet friendly" and then having a surprise $500.00 deposit was kind of crappy. The read more tab discloses that, but that doesn't seem very pet friendly. And of course, if I didn't like that, and wanted to cancel, then I was subject to the cancellation fee. Definitely learned a lesson. I will not use Airbnb again.

This place was okay. On both sides, the neighboring units have their own pools, so it can be quite noisy. The neighborhood gets extremely busy during holiday weekends and the pool and pickleball courts can become basically unusable due to crowds. The unit itself was mostly fairly well maintained, although we did arrive to a broken shower door sitting in the living room, and a patio completely covered in sand and dust, plus a broken patio umbrella. Our kids liked the board games, though many are missing pieces. The master bed is extremely soft, and was uncomfortable for us to sleep on. Overall, it was okay value for the money, but it is not somewhere we would return to.
