“Everything was perfect. My only complaint and reason for giving 4 stars is that there were many cockroaches and spiders. We all got bitten in bed. I contacted management and they were willing to have pest control out right away.”

“Great spot with fantastic amenities. Our extended family group loved this home, rooftop patio, and nearby pool, simply fantastic! A/C on 2nd level did not work, hosts were quick to send a maintenance man but he did not fix it and it made for some very hot nights on upper bedrooms. Hopefully this is fixed soon and we'd definitely be back.”

“This home is by far the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We had a group of nine women and there was plenty of space for us to congregate and relax. The house is spacious/open concept, beautiful/modern furniture and decor, plenty of amenities (heated pool, grill, fireplace, fire pit, cooking utilities, etc.) and you can’t beat the view of the mountains overlooking the pool. Red Sands as the host was extremely communicative, quickly responded to questions and acted on minor needs of our group, and was polite, friendly, and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on this trip! It’s also a nice central location for the various outings we had - 1 hr. drive to Zion, and even closer to other local state parks. Thank you for hosting us!”

“We had a great experience. The home was clean and well stocked. The host was friendly and responsive. We loved the private pool and hot tub. The shallow area was perfect for the toddlers. One of the games in the garage was not working so we were disappointed in that because one day was extremely windy and we stayed inside. The location is close to lakes, hikes and UTV trails. Beautiful surroundings.”
