Vacasa in Garden City, Utah

“My family and I had the worst 1st day of summer vacation on this house 5/23/26 . The minute we stepped in this home the smell of rats and old home was noticed . As we unpacked and got situated ,especially at night time we noticed all the rr and every corner of the home including the BED SHEETS had rat poop everywhere . Hairs on the pillows as if they only did the sheets it was obvious they did not do a deep cleaning or clean the sheets . We still can’t believe the amount of rat poop there was even a pest control expert had too go by . We did a report and out of the $1300 we paid they only wanted too refund $200 … we had too cancel our trip and head back home due too not availablility in the area . Worst money spend and worst hospitality, they could have at least returned my money back .i wasted time 6 hour drive . And money , on Memorial Day weekend a day I had time off my job too relax and turned into chaos . This is not fair and won’t wish this on anyone out there . 0 stars . 0/10”

“Beautiful views and convenient location! Enough room for everyone. It was the perfect group get away! Loved the amenities as well, the resort nearby was pretty as well! Would definitely come again!”
