“Our stay was great, but I’m a maintenance man and need to advise Family Time of these needed repairs. 1. Very squeaky soft spots in the floor. 2 . Closet door fell off. 3. Main floor carpet is really stained/ dirty needs cleaned. 4. Window screen up stairs is missing. 5. We had bees 🐝 and an ant problem inside the house. 6. The hot water tank pressure relief valve leaks constantly, this is a safety issue. 7. The storm door on the main floor entrance slams shut on you when carrying in all your gear. Need the soft close ram replaced. 8. Kitchen sink had a water leak underneath. IIEverything unde”

“Very comfortable cabin. I stayed four nights and used it as a base for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. I also visited Capitol Reef, which was more of a drive but easily doable as a one-day trip. The cabin is in a neighborhood of vacation homes, and within a couple of minutes drive to Dixie National Forest and Navajo Lake. The bed was comfy, and there is a nice front porch. Lots of birds around, also mule deer. I'd love to return!”
