“Everything was great”

“While the property itself has potential, our experience was disappointing by broken amenities and poor property management. We paid a pricey rate after being assured a “5 star experience,” but the actual stay fell short. With temperatures over 100°F outside, we encountered significant issues with the AC units. The master bedroom AC was completely non-functional - which we were not notified about in advance - causing the room to stay at 80°F nightly. When we reached out for assistance, the communication from the management and maintenance team was unhelpful and defensive, rather than focused on solving the problem. Additionally, there were cleanliness and upkeep issues throughout. Between the communication issues, broken climate control, and lack of attention to basic maintenance, it did not live up to the promised experience.”

“The property is nice, but it has been well used. The property was as listed, but much of the amenities need to be updated. I have conveyed this to the property owner and hopefully they are updated ASAP. Beautiful location with tons to do!”
