“Overall, very happy with our stay. Beautiful house perfect for a ski trip (nice furniture, appliances, layout, etc.). The master shower did not work the first night/day, but, to their credit, they did respond in a reasonable amount of time and sent someone out immediately to resolve the issue. Very happy with our stay.”

“Beautiful property with great views of Jodannelle Reservoir . The property is brand new and well appointed . Didn’t have any issues with AC. Seems the host has fixed it. We had a great stay! M.”

“no air in 90 degree temp, for a wedding so very inconvenient and created much more stress than needed. no instructions, literally nothing worked. not cleaned well, no help or response from the mngmt company, at the end of our stay when the air guy came, he let me know that they knew the airconditioner had a leak and that they keep bandaging but not fixing, he also let us know that they are offering these to rent before they are actually checked out to make sure everything works. We had to make other arrangementsa for some of the people that were staying with us because it was so hot that we basically used it for storage up until the last few days of the trip. It was a complete nightmare!”
