“This place is much better than the photos. Our family of 9 had so much room to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are incredible, and it is very private and serene.”

“This was a beautiful and homey property that accommodated well our family of 8. It was spacious with an abundance of amenities. The private hot tub was our favorite after a long hard day of skiing. The kitchen appliances were very nice and beds were comfy. However, because it is 4 levels I would not recommend this property for guests who have difficulty with stairs. I also would not recommend this home for families with young kiddos as there is an interesting landing off the kitchen over the fireplace as well as lots of stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this home and hope to stay there again in the future.”

“Great place on the ground level. Right next to the garage, so super convenient access ability. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was huge! Only thing that was pretty annoying was the different and long codes for everything. One code to get the care in and out of the garage, a long code for the unit, and a long code for all other doors (like walking into the garage). It was annoying to pull it up every time”

“No mountain view unless you sit outside in the hot tub on one corner- nothing from inside house. Very nice house and well appointed but lacked a few basics like a vacuum. Upon arriving the code was wrong so that was 45 mins and the front door didnt work easily. We simply used the garage for 3 weeks. That being said it is soooo close the mountain and contrary to listing, there is a free shuttle! I would rent again because the price was still a good value.”

“Place was anice location and house was fine. We had issues with heat because it was 62 deg when we arrived and the heating is apparently from the floor. Tried to call see why its taking hours to heat got someone in india who couldnt answer anything asked million dumb questions. They then called me multiple times at 6am. Each time we tried it went to call center india. Just hope you dont need anything.”

“I rented this place because it looked lovely and it seemed like it would fit my group’s needs. The main feature we wanted was the hot tub. Unfortunately when checking in, we were notified that if we didn’t let the company know within one hour that the hot tub wasn’t working they would not be helpful in fixing the situation. Thankfully it worked, but two days in the cleaning crew came and emptied it and we could not use it for over a day due to temperature. They said it was for hygiene reasons but we were happy with the conditions 2 days in to our rental, and we were not notified before that someone would be coming by. I asked for compensation or any sort of discussion about it, and was told that the owner was away with family. I waited a week for a response, but still nothing. This place is lovely, but please do not expect a functioning hot tub or fair responses from the host company. I was strung along unfortunately but if you know what you are getting in to then it can be nice.”

“Overall a great Airbnb stay. The house is nice and newer, good location, great for big groups. Communication to respond is slow. Kitchen is nice but very limited supplies. Good washer and drier. Plenty of towels and hot water keeps up for big group. Good stay overall!”
