“Jakes Place in Cedar City is our new absolute favorite of everywhere we’ve been in Airbnb world. It’s clean, new and comfortable. The size was perfect for our big family gathering and our guests. The layout is perfect. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows to be use with the floor foamies . The AC was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was honestly all stocked with “family friendly “ cookware and utensils 🥄 And our young adults thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor recreation; basketball, pickleball, horseshoes, volleyball, ect. Jake even extended our stay without a question! We would love to stay again!!”

“5 STARS (times 10) It’s hard to find a rental that can accommodate a large family. This rental was perfect. We loved it so much that we cancelled some scheduled activities in town because everyone wanted to stay and relax. The small children were happy outside on the playground and upstairs watching movies. The adults enjoyed hours of quality conversation and great food on the main floor, each with a private bedroom and bathroom for naps and personal space as needed. Everyone loved the place. We are already looking for a time to reschedule in a couple of years for our next family reunion.”

“We absolutely love this place! Felt right at home! We had a nice big reunion and everyone had their own space. Very clean and organized. The owner, Alan was really nice and helpful! This is a rare gem with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of amenities. We’ve used the kayak boat, life jackets to Navajo lake and kids had a blast. Very close to kolob canyon, Cedar breaks monument, Navajo lakes, etc…. Will definitely come back here again!”
