“We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return! The views were beautiful, and the single-story layout was perfect for our two young kids and dog. The beds and couch were very comfortable, the photos were accurate, and check-in and checkout were easy. The house was generally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. We loved the kid-friendly dishes, labeled kitchen items, and extras like laundry and dishwasher supplies, paper towels, trash bags, and plenty of towels. A few things to know: The AC can’t be set below 71°F and there are no ceiling fans, so airflow is limited. Thankfully, we could open windows during cooler weather, although the kitchen window (the only one in the common area) has no screen. Our stay was short, so we didn’t use every amenity, but we enjoyed what we could. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable place!”

“WOW is an understatement. What a beautiful place! Within minutes of arriving, we were already planning a return trip for a longer period of time - if that tells you anything! This cabin is spacious, has everything you need, and makes you feel like you are on a getaway WHILE making you feel like you are at home. The pictures do not do it justice. So much to do, or just relax. Jake is the most amazing and responsive host, he will answer all your questions in a timely manner, gives you lots of info beforehand, and is just very kind. If you want a quiet but fun place to hangout - GO HERE! My group will absolutely be returning!!”

“Jake’s lodge is a wonderful place with views to die for. We even took photos of a male and female moose on the nearby road. The home was spacious and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and having a large gathering space was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and checkin/checkout instructions were simple. We did not use the hot tub or the fire pit but the seating areas surrounding both were comfortable. Evenings were spent star gazing on the outdoor patio. Overall we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.”
