“We loved our stay at Sunnyside in Bear Lake! The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with spectacular views! We had 11 people (mostly adults), and everyone had plenty of space. Having bathrooms connected to most bedrooms was a huge plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The two full-size refrigerators were a wonderful surprise! We appreciated the grill, pizza oven, slow cooker, blender, and mixer. If you’re cooking for a large group, bring disposable baking pans. We loved riding our scooters around the neighborhood, and there was plenty of parking. Ideal Beach access was a huge bonus and one of our favorite days! We charged our Teslas at the new chargers at Mike’s Market. Small updates: the massage chair has been replaced with a matching chair, and the primary bath now has a barn door. Jake was a fantastic host. Communication and checkout were easy, and we’d happily stay again! Tip: Use Google Maps, not Apple Maps. Apple Maps took us down the st.”

“Beautiful home and perfect for our family. Very helpful and responsive host. It would have been helpful to know the home layout. Primary bedroom with private bathroom on the main floor, off the kitchen. Second floor is two bedrooms with a bath at one end, and two bedrooms with a bath at the other end. Third floor is the children’s beds and family/game room. The third floor is an open design so it wouldn’t have been ideal as an adult bedroom. It was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and perfect for my family. Not as private of a neighborhood as I had hoped. However, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.”

“I would definitely stay here again. Jake was very communicative and super responsive. The house was perfect for our stay with 2 families, including 2 dogs and a toddler. BEEEEAUtiful views and loved the location and privacy. The house was stocked full with plenty to do including toys, baby gates, games and lots of cooking spices. Very clean and just the right amount of space. Close enough to all the fun things to do. Definitely recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this Airbnb while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 couples and 5 kids. The location was ideal for exploring Yellowstone, and everything we needed was provided. Jake was a great host, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and larger groups.”
