“Walked into my airbnb super excited only to find it dirty with unclean sheats, trash, towels on the bathroom, a full dishwasher, and more. After being in hold with Avari three seperate times (two hours in total) the property manager finally relocated us to a different stay.”

“This property was just what we needed for a long weekend stay for 5 adults exploring the area. We spent most of our time away from the house and overall a good experience. The house is very well maintained. The beds are on the firmer side and the furniture sometimes felt a bit awkwardly placed, however we did enjoy our time here. Avari was a great host and very communicative. Very easy/minimal checkout instructions compared to most Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again!”

“The room was as advertised. Clean and well taken care of. The frustrating part was getting all the check in reminders leading up to check in. When I got to the front desk they didn’t have any reservation under my name. So the front desk had to reach out and wait for a reservation to be made my the Avari team. It was a good thing we did not have any dinner plans made that night because we ended up waiting to get everything sorted out. The front desk was great, and Avari got things taken care of eventually. Overall a good stay, just not sure how the reservation never makes it to the hotel in the first place.”
