“Our family had a wonderful, relaxing, fun stay in Wimberley! We loved watching the deer come up in the early mornings and evenings, sitting outside on the porch and catching up, and chasing fireflies at dusk! Highly recommend Casa Rio Blanco!”

“This home has lots of space for two families to stay together. The house has plenty of options for sleeping arrangements which we really appreciated. We enjoyed the big kitchen. It made it easy to make meals for a large group. We also enjoyed the outdoor porches. It was great to eat outside. Our kids had plenty of room to run around and play on the large lawn. Our kids also really enjoyed seeing all of the deer that would walk right up to the porch. Our plan was to swim in the river most of the time but unfortunately the water was shallow and very warm. We did come in August but also came shortly after the hill country got a ton of rain. So I’m not sure the water levels are usually much higher. We ended up mostly fishing at the house and then going elsewhere to enjoy cooler water to swim in.”

“This is a perfect location if you want room for your guests to spread out. It felt like a tiny private boutique hotel, but it has everything you need to enjoy the kitchen, pool, and grill, and the bed in the primary bedroom was so so comfy; I slept so well!”

“Beautiful property. Lots of room. Don’t get too excited about the river unless you’re planning on floating on a tube (water stinks and lots of slimy growth in the water). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner both nights. Bit tub is a plus! Overall, a great place to stay!”
