“I would definitely stay there again”

“Property was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Plenty of space throughout the house for a larger group. Was in a neighborhood surrounded by other nice homes and felt safe. The kitchen was not super well stocked (if you’re planning on cooking meals), but was okay-we made it work. The bathrooms had either not been cleaned in a while or a super quick wipe down was done from other guests stay prior to us. It wasn’t extremely dirty or anything, but could tell the cleaners don’t do a super thorough clean. Lots of dust on light fixtures, ceiling fans, cobb webbs above showers and in corners, behind toilets, etc.. We had to slide the couch back to grab something we dropped under it and there were tons of crumbs/debris under it from where they haven’t moved the couch to clean in a while. Again, wasn’t horrible, just seemed like it could have been more stocked, or clean for the price point. Saddened that the porch areas/balcony didn’t have outdoor lighting. Overall, good experience.”

“The place was beautiful. The location was gorgeous. However, for a facility that is meant to House a large group we were a little disappointed that there weren’t more items to cook with for our large family, for example, bigger pots and pans skillet, etc., as well as larger mixing bowls. One of the main reasons we rent Airbnb Holmes is so that we have the ability to cook for a large crew instead of going out to dinner and it made a little difficult to do that without adequate supplies. The house was also extremely hot when we arrived and it took a full 24 hours to cool down. I do understand that it was the hottest week that area has seen in years. However, we had a very small baby and the hot house made it hard to completely relax for a while. My suggestion would be to turn on the air at least somewhat before guest were arriving so that it was cooled down enough for them to be comfortable.”

“We all had a wonderful time and stay. The place was very organized and clean. Hot tub and the roof was awesome and relaxing. Communication with the host was fantastic. They responded relatively quickly and gave us helpful information. Definitely would stay again if we decide to go back.”
