“All reviews and ratings Vacasa has received for this home is accurate, this home is amazing! We didn’t have what we needed very rarely. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, there was room for playing and relaxing. Reba is the sweetest cow and would stay with you receiving love as long as you are willing to give it. Some of the things we didn’t think of until we were there that would have been great was bringing our own drinking water (they must be on a well and the water can smell and taste like it sometimes for those more sensitive to water changes) bug spray and bite cream (the mosquitos and ants are ruthless here), and having Raid available for the unwanted houseguests. One final thought for Vacasa, I appreciate the extra cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, I would have appreciated having the cleaning supplies in a locked cabinet to deter curious toddlers.”

“Great place to stay and we had great time”

“Our stay from June 13 to June 16 was significantly impacted by several major issues that made the property very different from what was advertised. The most serious issue was that the property had no running water for approximately the first 24 hours of our stay. During that time we were unable to shower, brush our teeth, wash our hands, use the toilets properly, cook, or perform basic hygiene tasks. This wasted a day. We also discovered a significant cockroach infestation. Dozens of roaches were present in kitchen drawers and bedrooms, and they were regularly coming out while we were preparing and cooking food. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi that were advertised as amenities were not operational and appeared not to have been properly maintained or cleaned. We also noticed stains on most of the beds. The host did not come to fix any issues other than the water after we threatened to leave the property. I would not recommend anyone book this property or with vacasa in the future”
