“Unfortunately our experience was BAD from start to finish- unfortunately when we arrived they had given our unit to someone else because their AC wasnt working. So she moved them to into the unit we rented and put us in that unit. Upon entering, the unit was still at 76, but seemed to be cooling (and did in fact stay cool for the length of the stay) — however, no one checked the unit behind the person before us because they had laid on the bed, moved the pillows and you could clearly see that someone had been laying there. There was a 1/2 drank bottle of water in the fridge as well. The next morning I realized there was no internet so i requested for it to be fixed around 8 am and told them I had a VERY important work job that night that I had to have internet for. Of course when I came back at 4:00, NOTHING had been done. At 9:00 PM they offered to move me to a unit they had just cleaned, but at that point it was too late and I missed my work event. Disappointed in host & stay”

“The location is great and the apartment is very nice and comfortable.”

“Used this an a hub during coming to town for World Cup game. Longer Uber ride to the stadium-but wanted a nice area to walk around and have restaurants/bar around. Husband used the gym and said it was really nice.”

“Apartment was very spacious and clean. Building amenities and location were great. Have deducted 1 star as we didn’t receive check in instructions prior to arrival and the concierge didn’t know what was going on. Check in ‘process’ took over an hour.”
