For the first time, I feel the need to write a review like this because my experience was truly awful. I had to contact Airbnb customer service because I never received the check-in instructions. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and the information was only sent an hour later and only after customer service reached out to the host, since they were not responding to my messages. This was extremely unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, there was no Wi-Fi until the following day. Several of the “balcony” doors did not close properly, which made us feel very unsafe. I would absolutely not recommend staying here due to safety concerns, and I would especially not recommend it to any woman traveling alone.

Arriving at the property (around 11 PM), we found it quite difficult to locate. Fortunately, our Uber driver was patient, and our host, kindly came outside to assist us and help carry our luggage to the room. The following morning at 9:45 AM, the fire alarm sounded. Initially, there was no visible response from other residents, which was confusing and concerning. After about 10 minutes, I spoke with a resident who mentioned that alarm tests had been occurring recently, though this one was longer than the previous day’s. The alarm continued for approximately 15 minutes, waking my entire family, including my baby. Due to the room’s proximity to a very busy road/highway, it was not possible to return to sleep. Shortly after, the alarm sounded again from 10:08 AM to 10:39 AM, and once more from 10:43 AM to 10:46 AM. When I contacted Albert, he stated that prior notice had been sent via email and posted around the property. However I am not a tenant who would receive emails. Or Prior notice

the apartment was as described in a good location. I will say the building door entry/exit situation is problematic. after returning from being out, we returned to the ems not being able to get in, and the building staff unable to open the main door to let them in. we inquired about the main door not opening being a fire hazard and the staff just shrugged us off.

I wasn’t very impressed upon arriving I was given the complete wrong apartment when I got there and the host was very slow to response. The apartment I paid for had a balcony in the pictures but that wasn’t the case when I arrived. I also was woken up due to construction in the next unit over everyday at 8am. The only thing I liked were the amenities and location of the Airbnb. But I wasn’t very happy that I given a complete different apartment than what I paid for.

Beautiful home with great amenities. Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue with the door lock, which raised major safety concerns. My husband and I came for a short getaway, and on the first night, we left to enjoy the town. When we returned, we found the door open. I immediately contacted the host, who suggested that we may not have locked it, but said maintenance would come check it. I’m confident we did lock the door (I’m familiar with this type of lock and clearly heard it engage). The next day, everything seemed fine. Maintenance came and even replaced the batteries, and we made sure to double-check the lock each time we left. However, that evening, the same issue happened again—we returned to find the door open. This situation was very unsettling and significantly impacted our stay. Due to the safety concerns and lack of timely communication, I would not recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings.

Instructions were not clear for check-in. I had a lot of issues that were somewhat resolved. Ask for a map this place is a maze and it can be confusing.

Never did get a code to get in the garage, had to wait for a car to come out before I could drive in. The security codes for the doors were a huge hassle and the main door locked after 10pm with no access. Apartment was clean and decently furnished just the access and communication was lacking and maddening at 9pm arrival.

Place was as pictured, however AC did not work the entire time I was there, shower handle was jangling out of the wall, and one of the kitchen knives had dried blood or large oxidation (rust) all over it from a previous visitor. Host’s management wasn’t helpful at all at addressing this health concern, or with fixing the AC issues. From the limited chat responses they promised to send someone or fix the issues, but nobody ever came and nothing was ever done.
