“Upon arrival, the couch in the living room was totally broken. It was missing 1 foot and the center of the back. I’m assuming was also broken. My problem is do not make your house ready for rent knowing damn well that that couch is not serviceable. When brought to their attention, I was told well we probably should need to replace that. That’s fair, but somebody clean that house and they knew this couch was totally broken not by a little bit but by a lot. ironically, the rest of the house is clean. I would stay there again if that couch was not unserviceable.”
