RSB Living in The Colony, Texas

“If you just need a place a to stay near The Colony, this is the perfect AirBNB. You’ll get all the fun and rest you need between all your activities. It’s about as good as a corporate owned AirBNB can get. That being said… corporate owned. Unfortunately, it did seem like the people who were answering our messages and sending us info just had never stepped foot on the actual property. Now, you can easily make the most of it if you’re just willing to problem solve. But, for example, they told us to either park in the driveway or the garage upon arrival. Well, the driveway holds about 1.5 vehicles (an oddly small amount for an 8 bed AirBNB) and the garage has been converted into a game room equipped to hold 0 vehicles. And then a couple other times it just felt like they had no idea what house I was even talking about. On the positive, the pool was great and the bathrooms were nice! Beds are comfy and very clean! Just doesn’t come with any of the special attention AirBNB is known for.”

“The place was clean and comfortable. Easily accessible. The pool and outdoor area was really nice. Would stay again if the price were a bit more affordable--possible the World Cup affected the price.”

“Great place to stay big place lots of bedrooms and beds pool is decent size for the area, my issues were immediately resolved within hours and messaging through the Airbnb app was quick. My only gripe is the “quiet time” but it’s understandable as it’s a residential area.”

“House was very clean. Pool was large and clean. Our teenage boys had fun. Kitchen was not very well stocked and couldn’t find enough remotes for TV’s. Management company was responsive.”
