“The place was good. There are definitely somethings that need fixing and updating, but they are not a deal breaker at all. The proximity to the beach was fantastic!!! It was clean and everything was as listed. I would book this place again. Thnx”

“The location is awesome, we were able to walk down right down to the beach from the house and being so close is wonderful. You can hear the waves from the porch which was the best part. The place is adorable and the tiki theme is super cute. You really do feel like you’re in a tropical place. Just a few things, when we stayed there was a bad rain storm, the roof and door upstairs leaked water. This wasn’t horrible just had to lay some towels down, but it was a little concerning. Also the stairs are very steep, so if you have very young children or mobility issues this probably isn’t the place for you. I had to have multiple conversations with my daughter about not playing near the stairs. Other than those things it was a wonderful stay. It was clean and everything worked. The location was awesome!”

“The house is cute, and the location is great. The linens and couches were pretty stained up/dirty, but this may be because it’s all white furniture and linens at the beach. I’m sure it’s not easy to avoid stains. Our biggest concern, and a reason we would not book this property again, is the water. I understand Surfside has bad water quality, but the house has a water treatment/softener in place. The water was so orange that I could not wash my hair (I have blonde hair and it would turn it orange). The other minor issues were that the bathtub stopper and the outside shower knobs were dry rotted and broken. We had a great trip, but weren’t able to feel clean after showering, etc.”

“Love the location but didn’t know it was a shared house. I thought it was the whole house, maybe I read description wrong so i didn’t complain.”
