“We have been traveling to Surfside Beach for many years now. This is the first time we’ve stayed at this house, but we stayed at the house right next to it, which is almost the same thing but a different company, for a couple years. Both of them are great houses and sure thing properties communicated very quickly with any questions.”

“We had a great weekend at Shore Thing Properties! The home was cozy, spacious, and had easy beach access—perfect for a large family gathering or, in our case, a team/company-building weekend. Plenty of beach towels were provided, and the hosts were very accommodating. We requested a late checkout and were able to stay until 3 PM for an additional $50, which we appreciated. A few areas could be improved, especially considering the price. The kitchen lacked basics like foil, plastic wrap, and Ziplock bags. Some cookware and silverware were old/rusty, and the pans were difficult to cook with. The dishwasher was broken with loose parts inside. The well water also had a strong smell, so bring bottled water for drinking, coffee, and cooking. There were no extra beach items such as sand toys, fishing poles, or surfboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location and space. With a few updates and added amenities, it could be an excellent beachfront rental!”
