“We arrived to find the front door unlocked, which was concerning. After checking in, I sent the host several photos showing broken items, leftover cigars, broken fans, dirt inside the vacuum, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The TV remotes had no batteries, and the kitchen was missing basic cookware. I couldn't even find a large pan to cook with. The biggest disappointment was the lack of response. I never received an apology, acknowledgment of the issues, or any indication they would be addressed. The home has great potential. With a thorough cleaning, basic repairs, and a better-stocked kitchen, it could be a great place to stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests have a better experience.”
