“I loved the home in general but the hottube wasn’t filled nor able to be used considering the water was green. The restroom showers can use some upgrades, along with the couches they were not pleasant to sit you sunk to the bottom. The dishwasher buttons were hard to manage. It was very clean props to the housekeeper!”

“The floors need replacing through the whole house, they were buckling and we could not walk barefoot. The couch was broken and super uncomfortable. Could not use the washing machine, it left mold/gunk on the towels. We had to change the AC filter. It was so dirty is was it was severely restricting the air flow. The AC would not cool enough to be comfortable. The kitchen sink smelled bad. No light under where you park. It's a nice house and decent location, but needs some maintenance. The pool ladder was broken so not everyone was able to use the pool and safely get in and out.”

“Everything was great. Not a perfect house. But family had a good time. Biggest issue was the water. It had a bad foul smell. Faucets and showers. Besides that, everything was awesome. Just keep in mind the water situation if you decide to rent this location.”

“We arrived to find the front door unlocked, which was concerning. After checking in, I sent the host several photos showing broken items, leftover cigars, broken fans, dirt inside the vacuum, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The TV remotes had no batteries, and the kitchen was missing basic cookware. I couldn't even find a large pan to cook with. The biggest disappointment was the lack of response. I never received an apology, acknowledgment of the issues, or any indication they would be addressed. The home has great potential. With a thorough cleaning, basic repairs, and a better-stocked kitchen, it could be a great place to stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests have a better experience.”
