“Great time no problems!”

“The main bathroom didn’t have warm water so everyone had to wait for one shower. Cockroaches were inside the home which we understand it’s next to outside but it gets to a point. Wasn’t a terrible home just needs some work done to it.”

“We had a lovely stay, there were a couple of minor issues at the house but o really we had a lovely time. The house fit all 14 of us well. The patio on top of the roof was wonderful in the evenings.”

“This was a great location and very peaceful! There were quite a few problems though unfortunately. The biggest one to stress here is that the dock that is advertised is NOT the dock that comes with the house. And wear shoes in the back yard because cut off screws stick up in the cement.”

“The location and house were great! It’s so quiet and there were deer everywhere. The house was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was disappointed that the dock ramp was broken and it made it really hard to get on it without getting in the water. It was also really dirty full of spiders and cobwebs. The master bathroom had no hot water for the shower or sink. The front and back yard were moved but it’s not maintained. In the backyard there were two full bags of trash by the fence that had flies and smelled bad. The backyard is really cool how it’s laid out but again it also wasn’t really maintained. The seat of chairs were torn and the was a broken bird bath. I think because this is owned by an investment company you don’t get that oversight or special “home” feel. Overall it wasn’t bad and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again at a lower price.”
