“Everything was very smooth here, front office was very kind. However, there was no damage to the place after I left, come 3 days after check out I get a bunch of pictures of a hole in the wall… that I did not damage. Maintenance came in there and busted the wall probably by accident and to cover his butt he frames me. I highly doubt not recommend staying at this location! You may or may not end up paying for someone else’s mistake.”

“Overall, this day was OK. But I would not stay there for more than one night. The host was responsive to my concerns of the dirty sheets. However, nothing could be done during our day.”

“Everything was great with the exception of a problem my group and I had with the locking mechanism in the master bedroom. The lock did not work properly and 3 people got locked in the room. We called the number listed to get help, but the help provided was not really helpful. The person on the phone only reported the issue, but did not come or send anyone to check on this or help. Besides this issue, everything else was great. The place is beautiful, clean, and very well located.”

“Really enjoyed the place. Made memories with family. Just two small hiccups. Trying to explain to person from the phone number given, how we couldn’t get access to key. Took 30-45 minutes of playing phone tag and trying to explain that the code to the Airbnb and the code to the lock for the key were not the same. Seems like they would already know about it. We also saw a small bug crawling across the floor. Luckily we didn’t see anymore. Otherwise we would stay again.”

“The house details on Airbnb was not what we expected very small and couches were very uncomfortable. Dirty condition , we found pubic hair on the toilet , dishes & utensils were dirty , cracked tile thru out house that can cause injury , ice cold showers for 4 days both bathrooms . The host was very rude and not responding back to us we asked for a refund due to awful conditions & not able to shower there because water was ice cold.”
