“Great location! Nice home”

“Great stay! Close as you can be to the beach. Loved the keypad entry so we didn’t have to keep track of a key or card. There was lots of fine print that came along with the rental agreement, but that also meant that everything was laid out and clearly communicated. We would stay here again!”

“The house details on Airbnb was not what we expected very small and couches were very uncomfortable. Dirty condition , we found pubic hair on the toilet , dishes & utensils were dirty , cracked tile thru out house that can cause injury , ice cold showers for 4 days both bathrooms . The host was very rude and not responding back to us we asked for a refund due to awful conditions & not able to shower there because water was ice cold.”

“I rented this house thinking it was nice for the price. I was wrong the WiFi didn’t work and down stairs ac was broken. They even said I broke the gate to keep security deposit 100%($1500) do not recommend any of there houses.”

“This place is trashy”

“The place is in a good location, a 5 minute walk to Clayton’s and has private pools. The place was pretty broken down on the inside, it already had damage on the walls. Tried to dry clothes and the dryer vent fell off mid dry. The shower downstairs was very small and the water pressure was painful. Overall stay was nice.”

“It was great stay, However there wasn’t a dishwasher like mentioned in the cleaning instructions and the instructions were confusing. It took a while to find the dumpster or figure out where to tsk the trash. The photos are misleading with the swimming pool because it’s an extra $15 cost per person.”

“The communication was good between the owner but the instructions are very poor. There was no communication for being able to get into house or whether to check in. There also was no address for the check in office. I also had to wait until I reached out to get my deposit back because I was under 25. Also during our stay we got a phone call that people were coming to work on the house and they never showed up. Over all the house was very nice and well kept. But the instructions for the whole thing was very poor.”

“A management company took over this listing sometime after I booked it. They changed information and rules in the listing without notifying me so I was scrambling to find answers the day before arriving. They were responsive but problems weren’t addressed with any action. Just excuses. I actually steer clear of this management company due to past experiences so if I had known they would end up managing this property I wouldn’t have booked it. The house is actually very nice and unique. We had a great time with the exception of dealing with the management company.”

“Silverware and pans were dirty. Had to re wash all Silverware and pans Grill was filthy did not use. Sent a worker 2 days after arrival with no identification and no company shirt. There was a 4inch fry - not big enough. Need larger fry pan. Replaced stoop for 2 days with no way to leave condo except by back slider. No notice given . Sheet changes were wrong size for king bed. We exchanged at office for king size sheets. Only two extra blankets for three beds. Knives are not sharp and need to be sharpened or replaced. Need to leave more facecloths, 4 was not enough for a month long stay. Need scrub brush for toilets in both bathrooms not just one. Blue plastic cups leaked and were no good. Need a bigger coffee make than just two cup total. We did use the beach umbrella which was nice to have. There was enough kitchen ware except for the above fry pan and larger coffee maker. It was quiet condo which was very nice. The couch was uncomfortable and need to replace.”
