Scoast Vacation in South Padre Island, Texas

“Enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Facilities were nice , pool area was great. Short walk to beautiful beach area. First time visit to South Padre would stay at this unit again. Family had a great time.”

“The condo wasn’t awful but upon arrival the floors were filthy, the walls were very scuffed up and the front door frame has obvious rotting wood and damage. One of the showers appeared to have mold on the ceiling. The center table in the living room has torn up seats. Our tv wasn’t working in our room, and we had no broom to clean the floors. We had reached out to the host and she responded but never offered any solutions. All in all, the listing photos are very misleading with the actual condo itself. We did have a good time though and the condo is in a great location with quick access to the beach.”

“BLUF: Whole Airbnb hadn't been cleaned and took 2 hours to get it resolved. Check in time is at 4 PM. We arrived at 7:16 PM to a dirty Airbnb. There was trash, crumbs, used towels, dirty bedsheets, and food on the floor everywhere. There was a dead cockroach in the living room. Not a single area was clean or ready for our arrival. I called and was extremely upset because they claim that their team takes pictures whenever they're done cleaning, but that was clearly a lie. The gentleman I spoke to kept giving me inaccurate times for when the cleaners would actually arrive. He initially said it would take 30 minutes max but they did not arrive until 9:30 PM. This space cost way too much for this type of thing to occur and take that long to resolve. I don't feel the host cared enough to try & make our stay any better. Once it was cleaned, we didn't hear from them again until they wanted to know what time we were checking out. Nice space but wouldn't recommend staying.”

“The place was great! Is walking distance of everything. Just didn’t like the fact that the guests each one have to pay an amenities fee to be able to use the pool. Is not owners fault of course, just went to the beach instead. Other than that, my friends and me had a great time here definitely recommended. Thanks for everything!”
