The cabin and location was good , the issue was as soon as we got there the 1st cabin wasn’t working , a staff member came to pry it open , then we got locked inside of it , he said it wasn’t the 1st time this happens , then we got moved after requesting it.. the next cabin had a leak on the shower ! Water everywhere, moved again , 3rd cabin was in the middle of being remodeled , had no toilet , or bathroom door and no floor. Then final cabin was okay but this whole process took over an hour. We weren’t offered anythjng of consideration other than continued moving us. Not the best experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Son’s Rio Cibolo! The cabin was fantastic, and having a separate bathroom was worth the price alone. The AC was amazing, and we absolutely loved the patio overlooking the creek—it was such a peaceful view! We did have a few minor issues with some broken furniture and the Wi-Fi not working. It was also a little disappointing to find out that kayaks and paddle boards are an additional cost. Since we were staying on the property, we assumed they were included with the stay, so that was a bummer. There also weren’t as many seating options around the creek as we expected unless you hike over to the bend. Otherwise, you’re mostly limited to the cabana areas which you have to pay for. Overall, though, we had a great stay and would definitely return! ❤️

It’s a hidden gem in Seguin, Texas! The cabin is a good size for six people, with great AC and good ventilation. My friends and I really enjoyed the seating areas on both the front porch and back patio, especially for dining and relaxing. The kitchen is small but it has everything we needed. The game room could use some updating and may need to be a little bigger to comfortably accommodate more people. The creek for kayaking is shared with the other cabin properties across the way. I received instructions and passwords for getting and returning the paddles, but the lady in the office said this wasn’t necessary and that we could simply use the available kayaks and paddles by the creek. The pool is a good size, although I imagine it can get pretty crowded during peak season. We stayed Monday to Tuesday, so thankfully it wasn’t crowded at all. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Great place and beautiful location! Definitely a luxury camping experience. Only things: - grill was very dirty - 75$ fees for unclean dishes but no sponge or dish soap provided (can be bought at the camp store for about 10x more expensive than any local store) - charcoal listed on the provided amenities but actually sold way too expensive at the camp store. If we knew it wasn't provided as listed we would have bought some at Walmart for more than half of the camp store price... Not a big deal but it just doesn't feel fair. Besides that place was pretty clean and the spot is really beautiful
