“The place was nice. The code that was sent in the email to unlock the door did not work, had to get another code from the after hours number. We had an issue with the AC unit, someone was sent out that Friday to repair it, thought it was fixed but it wasn't. I had to call the after hours number again, and was told to let the windows up and use the fans and one of the fans did not work. The back room was super hot. It was 86 degrees all day Friday. I had to call again on Saturday morning and let them know that the AC was still not working. Someone came out on Saturday 12:30 and fixed it, and the place cooled off finally. It ended up being the thermostat. The bathtubs did drain slow. Overall, the place was nice, the AC was the biggest issue. I really appreciate that there was an after hours number to call.”

“We’ve stayed at this house several times in the past and it was always a perfect stay! Top notch! For the price that I paid, I expect everything to be in great condition. We walked in and were greeted with a random black refrigerator in the front living room. That was just so odd and out of place in my opinion. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom did not work, we had to bring out the loud box fan from the closet. The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was very weak and the other downstairs bathroom tub was not draining properly. The pots, pans, baking sheets and cutting boards all need to be replaced. They are very old and used up. They offered one dish towel in the kitchen. Outside, the pool area used to have beautiful flowers in pots, this time the pots were empty and need to be repainted. Most disappointing was the very dirty bbq grill that we could not use. There is a “for sale” sign in the front yard, so I assume that is the reason for the lack of care.”

“Will lock you into a contract so be warned, once booked it was non refundable. There were tree roaches in the place alive and dead. It’s smells very old, the dishwasher didn’t work and the furniture is old & mixed matched.”
