The house was great and the view was spectacular. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

House was great, a light on the fishing pier would’ve been nice.

We had a great time as a family and made the best of our stay, but unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing and the price. We traveled with 11 people total 7 children, 4 of them teenagers, and the game room was a major reason we chose this home. Before arriving, I specifically asked if the games were working and was told they were. However, only 2 arcade games worked, the ping-pong table was unusable and missing balls, and the foosball table was in poor condition. The dishwasher also did not work. We reported these issues after arrival, but no one came back to address them during our stay. I also feel the listing photos should be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of the home and amenities. The home felt lived-in, which is fine, but the listing and price should reflect that. The hosts were responsive afterward and offered a $250 refund, which we appreciated. While we enjoyed our vacation, we unfortunately would not stay here again.

Overall, our family had a good time staying here in July 2026, and would probably stay here again. This listing is shown and priced as a fun (not luxury) house for a large group and it is definitely fun! Pros - • Large clean pool (cleaners came during the week, but were gone in a half hour) • Large outdoor space to hang with lots of chairs, bar area, outside fridge, and bathrooms. Just be sure to bring pool towels, floats, and lots of sunscreen because that pool is in full sun almost all day. • Well stocked kitchen • AC worked well in the house & individual barn rooms • Lots of parking Cons - • The barn can get very hot with the AC exhaust from the barn rooms. The ceiling fans & doors open helped. • The house is pretty basic, and amenities could use a refresh - some broken items, and very worn out BBQ grill & fire pit. Nothing that was a deal breaker.

We paid $1,110 for one night and specifically booked this Airbnb for the pool. Before booking, I even told the host that the pool was the main reason we chose this property. When we arrived around 4 PM, the pool was dirty and looked nothing like the photos. I messaged the host at 4:25 PM, and they said they’d reach out to the pool company but I never received an update. I followed up twice and was left on read. I spent an hour trying to clean it myself, but there was only a small net with no attachments to remove the debris from the bottom. The pool also had large black spots where the surface appeared cracked and poorly maintained. Inside, the oven was dirty, one pillow was stained, and the downstairs bedroom smelled like mold. We didn’t mind paying over 1000$ bc we thought the pool would be worth it but For over $1,100 a night, this was very disappointing and not worth the price.
