“We booked this home for a weekend stay specifically for the use of the hot tub since it was going to be cooler outside. We were notified after the full refund date that the hot tub was not working. We were notified when we arrived that the Wifi was not working. The microwave did not work. And we were forced to park on the street (instead of behind the gate in the driveway as the listing had stated) and carry our bags through the mud and grass. We have never had a bad experience at an Airbnb, this was a first and was the worst experience ever.”

“Well I was traveling for work, I’m still frustrated because they don’t let us use parking inside when we saw that on the description, I explained many time that I had my work truck with tools and they made me leave it parked at the street who rents a house and don’t let you use the driveway or garage, then no WiFi in all the house, we can’t use any tv because not internet, no remote controls for some tvs, people go trough the house without permission a lady arrive to the house and she get inside without permission looking for packages, definitely the worst house that I rented, one mor thing they have cameras pointed to the pool is very frustrating I don’t recommend definitely.”
