“We dealt with 5 days of no internet access, which directly impacted our work obligations and also left us with no entertainment options for our children. On day 2, someone—possibly the owner—switched routers but did not provide a password for the new network. After the provider finally came out, we still had to troubleshoot the router setup ourselves. We also had to wait at the property during the technician visits, which disrupted our plans. Additionally: • There were only 8 towels provided for a home advertised to sleep 12. • The listing does not actually sleep 12—recliners and small loveseats are not appropriate sleeping arrangements for adults. • The jacuzzi tub does not hold water, making it unusable. • The trash cans were full on arrival, forcing us to place trash beside them. • The back door is sagging, causing insects to come into the kitchen and gather on the ceiling.”
