“This place is kinda rough, fridge wasn’t working when we arrived. They did fix it the next day but I had bought groceries the night before so that was frustrating. Small things made it rough like stripping between floors were missing just older house. Definitely not worth what I spent.”

“Very sketchy neighborhood barbed when you get to the place you drove thru a alley with barbed wire crackheads with hammers constant gun shots fighting arguing with neighbors unsafe my children were terrified an I was even concerned fighting when we arrived”

“We had a really nice stay overall. The property was peaceful, beautiful, and a great place to relax and get away. Everything was generally comfortable, and we really enjoyed the setting and atmosphere. The only issue we experienced was with the hot water in the upstairs bathroom shower. The water didn’t stay consistently hot, which made using that shower a little difficult. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would be happy to recommend the property.”

“It wasn't what I expected. The picture looked way better than it was. The condition of the house is really old and in poor shape. nothing worked, The remote for TV didn't work well, the garage remote wasn't there. They ordered us a new one and we had to set it up ourselves. There were bits of candy left on the some of the arcade games. The game pieces on the foosball table were all falling apart and old. The drain in the master bedroom was falling apart and old. The doors to the bedrooms didn't even shut because they were uneven. The doorknob to the front door was old and almost got stuck. The corners should be caulked for better presentation. The walls should be painted since it's chipping and unattractive. I understand it's an old house but I think some maintenance work and upkeep could elevate the aesthetics of the place and make it look more attractive. I even saw a cockroach in the bathroom. The floors should be replaced because it's old.”

“-First of all, they changed my location about 30 mins before my check in time, and when I got to the place the door lock wasn’t working so there was no way of getting in. -Beds are not comfortable at all, and also bedding wasn’t as clean. -cleaning of the house wasn’t as good, bathrooms weren’t as clean as it’s supposed to so we had to buy cleaning supplies and do it ourselves. -no curtains on windows and blinds were broken -no extra kitchen bags In conclusion, they need to work on better habits to welcome their guests, I didn’t have a good experience.”

“Place was nice,but area was unsafe.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The host informed us that the fee had changed and that we were required to pay an additional $100 early check-in fee. This charge was not clearly communicated to us beforehand, and we were given inconsistent information regarding the amount of the fee. We believe guests should be provided with accurate and consistent pricing before making arrangements to stay at a property. In addition, when we informed them that the fire pit was not working; they ask if we could take the propane tank to the gas station to be refilled and they would reimburse us. However, we were not able to this because it would have created an additional inconvenience during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay over the weekend.”

“This property was of decent value for a long term stay. The furniture was nice and closely resembled the pictures. Although the host was very responsive, they were often unable to answer questions or address our needs in a timely manner during our stay. These issues included accessing the property gate, using the mailbox, and obtaining parking passes. Additionally, when we arrived, the hot water did not work and the paper towel holder was missing from the wall. Overall, the property was clean and in a nice location, but the number of issues and miscommunications during our stay was frustrating.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Mold in the bathrooms. Dirty, broken furniture, didn’t match pictures at all. Kitchen chairs were broken. Some were put outside as trash but still there. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with pots and dishes. Microwave was broken. Beware and don’t trust this listing.”
